Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas anti ruido, se escucha el ruido de la calle, los vehículos, las motocicletas, es imposible descansar bien. Los productos de los baños son baratos y de mala calidad, no es lo que se espera de un hotel 5 estrellas.

My room was located adjacent to the gym and there was constant disturbance from early in the morning and a constant sound from the machines. I did not understand why I was allocated a room on this floor ( 11th ) when the hotel seemed large and not necessarily at full capacity.
