Americas Best Value Inn-Princess Anne

The rooms were very clean inside. The furniture is old, the bathtub was cracked, the bed was comfortable and the water was hot.

It’s kind of run down on the outside and felt creepy.

We didn’t stay because we show bugs in the room. Ended up going elsewhere

Had to check in at an outside window. No inside check in . Manager not friendly. Old furniture in room. Blank walls.

It was ok- Won’t return.

The condition in the rooms needs to be renovated, The bathroom faucets needs to be repaired, it was leaking. The rooms needs better house keeping, cleaning,. The first when I arrive it was a musty smell, I had to spray febreeze and lysol to get the smell out. This hotels needs a serious upgrade.

Okay hotel fairly clean and no issues with room . Great location with plenty of businesses nearby. Felt safe here. The price is super cheap, if u don't like room they give u at first ask for a different room.. Give this place a try it's better now

Room unclean and smoke smell

Rooms where old with old dirty furniture, the place smelled constantly of drugs, bed sheets were old and stained, people in and out all day, front door to building always locked. I left a day early just to get out of the dump. Worst motel I ever had with Booking. I wouldn't let my dog stay there let alone anyone else

Very nice staff

Beds were horrible, smoke detector continuously went off evertime someone gor a shower for 30 mins after because there was no working exhaust fan
