The staff are very nice and friendly. The air conditioner is noisy.

Old furniture, soft bed, only one chair straight back a desk, etc.

The property was okay, we only needed a place to stay over night after an event in Crisfield, Maryland. The room met those standards, it's not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but it wasn't the worst either.

Friendly staff, the room was clean even though you could tell the building is older. Very clean bathroom, comfy bed with clean bedding.

Freezer needs defrosting...I couldn't use it.

What story: When I pulled the shower curtain across the tub the shower rod fell off the wall The diverter valve on the tub was frozen to shower, not allowing me to adjust the temperature before getting in. The sink did not have a stopper, anything I dropped in it would have gone right down the drain (I did not drop anything) There was no clock; with few outlets I had to leave my cell phone in the bathroom There was no hair dryer, you have to ask for it at the desk. The drapery was sagging and let light in The furniture was quite old The lamps were dirty and dusty

I arrived to the hotel and was greeted by the receptionist at the side window (Covid precautions) with no wait. Check-in was super fast and my room was super clean and spacious. I had asked the room attendant the next morning for extra wash clothes and she was happy to get them right away. Everyone was so helpful and I slept very well every evening. I will be back again.

I was in the area for two days and Americas Best Value Inn in Princess Anne was a good choice. The room was clean and spacious. The parking was nice and accessible. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall very pleasant.

The man who came to wait on us was rude. I didn't get his name. The hotel was semi clean but the air conditioner was making horrible noises, like it was breaking. The hair dryer was burned up. The stairs were falling apart (we were on the 2nd floor) and we couldn't get a hold of anyone for extra towels, there were only 2 in the room. The mirrors were dirty and the TV didn't work. If it weren't for the fact that we were so exhausted due to the drive etc. we would have left!!! Will not ever stay there again!
