Stayed here while a family member had surgery and a few days post op before flying home. What a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and easily walkable to/from hospital, a nice park across from it and easily walkable to the mall.

"They just do it right!!"

A hotel in a complex of 3 hotels including the Marriott and Hilton. Impressed throughout my stay with their services - shuttle, front desk (they got me a kettle instead of coffee flavoured tea), maid interaction, breakfast and even the swimming pool (open late). Their customer service was beyond my expectation. This is a clean, bright, newly renovated facility with all the amenities that just does it right. Well done.

The air condition was very loud, I didn’t have a good sleep for the first night. But they were very kind to move us to another room on the other side of the building. It’s much better. The location is the best in Richmond. The service is great.
