Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel

Staff were the winner here. Stayed here because our flight got cancelled and we got put into the Sheraton for the night and the staff were so happy and easy going it made us go from upset to okay very quickly. The restaurant is also delicious!

The staff was exceptional, sincerely concerned with our comfort (since we arrived late in the evening, and were leaving early in the morning) -- their concern and attention was exemplary!)

Huge hotel footprint -- We arrived late at night, and couldn't appreciate much of the grounds, but the gardens and pool area looked nice (although at that hour we couldn't see much of anything!)

Although the wifi has very bad connection, it is clean, friendly staff at the dinning and comfortable.

The service was wonderful. The concierge lounge was poorly stocked compared to other properties. The coffee makers (in room, and concierge lounge required a PHD to operate.

You booked me into a king balcony city view instead i got a ground floor parking lot view. Every time i book with hotels.com I get screwed. I never get what you claim Im booked for. Last time I didn't get the complimentary breakfast because that hotel said it wasn't included but your itinerary for me said it was. Im going to stop using your site and I will inform others as well.

We had to overnight in Vancouver on one of the busiest weekends of the year, so consequently hotel prices were insane. Greater Vancouver has a shortage of hotel rooms so supply and demand kicks in painfully. As expected, the hotel was unbelievably busy yet reception staff were courteous and welcoming. The hotel has a huge footprint so wayfinding is quite a challenge. A decent size room with a very comfortable bed and nice soft furnishings. We had a great night's sleep which is what counts. For a quick on-the-go breakfast there's a Starbucks in the lobby but unfortunately totally inadequate at peak times. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
