"Comfortable, Quiet Night in May"

A friendly accomodating staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed & soft linens and quiet. I loved the proximity to the Nat. Park and grocery store.

Would have like bottled, refillable shower shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers but they were all supplied in small bottle form. Less plastic used with the refillable. 😉

Excellent location for visiting Joshua Tree NP, very friendly welcoming staff who always had a cheery word for everyone. Our room was a great size, very clean and a lovely comfortable bed. Great shower. There is a really amazing supermarket next door which is great to buy snacks/drinks to take into the Park. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Practical place for Joshua Tree Nat.Park. Whitin a short drive there's everything around (shops, restaurants, gas station..). Our room was huge and comfortable, furnished with fridge and microwave, perfect for our stay. Small pool, but enough and nice for a refresh after a hot day

Some corners of the place would need a renovation... especially the bathroom in our room: I've never, ever seen a toilet seat "refurbished" in my life before!!! Would be simply better to change it, would make a difference. Also cleaning could be improved a bit!

"Worst Customer service"

This was the worst experience ever. I booked 2 rooms and had a medical emergency so I sent a message to the hotel that we were going to arrive late. It was a stop in our way to yosemite to sleep a few hours. We arrived at 430AM and there was nowhere in reception. Called the office with no answer and waited 45 minutes for the reception guy to show up. He came in looking like he had been sleeping and told me he closed the night marking me as a no show when the rooms were already paid for and he couldn't check us in. The only thing to do it was to book a room. Waited for the manager to arrive after 715AM and the attendant finally gave us ONE room to stay 3 hours before checkout. The WORST customer service ever. Unbelievable that we couldn't get the rooms we paid for.
