"Ideal für Joshua Tree mit Herz und Hilfsbereitschaft"

Wer den Joshua Tree National Park besuchen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten alles, was man braucht. Was dieses Hotel aber wirklich besonders macht, ist das Personal. Sie haben uns extrem geholfen, als wir einen Rucksack vergessen hatten, und ihn uns unkompliziert zugeschickt. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast wirklich wertgeschätzt!

"On the whole, quite good."

Very helpful staff.

I didn't know that ESPN was unavailable. The NCAA tournament was going on, and I had no idea I wouldn't be able to get the biggest games.

The two ladies at the front desk were very nice

The bed and pillows were like bricks. There were some young people in the pool when we tried to sit outside that had very foul language. The tv didn’t work right but they did promptly replace it.

Close to Joshua Tree National Park entrance

Bathroom was dirty: dust on the floor (not brought by us) and the bar soap of our predecessor was still there in the bathtub. Paper thin wall with the next-door room and we heard their TV and conversations all evening. By far our worst hotel of our 10 days in California ... and by far the most expensive!

"Ideale Unterkunft, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist bzw. zum Joshua Tree NP möchte…"

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben nur für eine Nacht hier geschlafen. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer lag am Ende des Gebäudes. So hatten wir eine ruhige Nacht und konnten bei offenem Fenster (mit Fliegengitter) schlafen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und hatte sogar ein Oberbett. Auch im Hinblick auf die Sauberkeit gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Ideal ist auch die Lage zum Joshua Tree Nationalpark.

Teppichboden im Hotelzimmer mögen wir überhaupt nicht:-(
