Cleanliness

I had an ADA room as requested. Even though the bathroom was large and had a lot of handrails it was a step in tub that was 12 inches high and very difficult for me to get into it should’ve been a roll-in shower. Also the bed was 30 inches high. I could not transfer into the bed from my walker. I had to sleep in a chair which was very uncomfortable. ADA beds should be between 17 and 20 inches. That bed should not have been that room. It was very clean however, the carpet did have stains, which makes the room to appear dirty. Also, ADA room should not be on the second floor. They should be on the first floor if there was an emergency a person with a walker or a wheelchair could not travel down the stairs if elevators were not functioning my room was on the second floor.

Struttura vicino le entrate per i Joshua Trees. Vicino trovi parecchie catene di fast food per mangiare anche in tarda serata se si arriva la sera tardi appunto. Stanza discretamente grande. Personale gentile. Parcheggio gratuito.

Stanza non curata. Evidente infiltrazione dal soffitto. Macchinetta del caffè difettosa. Mi è stata gentilmente data una seconda la mattina dopo, ma anch'essa non funzionava bene. Il caffè non usciva in modo corretto. Ho dovuto buttarlo entrambe le volte.

Lack of front desk person on duty. The little things like maybe two soap bars, more than just two towels in the room, an extra coffee pouch, and possibly real coffee in the lobby.
