Central location

Walls and bed pillows covered in black mold, serious health risk. squeaky fan with a broken knob so wont turn off. No hot running water for the night we stayed.

Clean and comfortable well-sized rooms, well laid out. The location seemed convenient but I was only staying there overnight for travel.

The laundry had to be one of the most pitiful laundries I've ever seen. They really need to get some decent better-sized washing machines and dryers.

The bed was comfortable enough and the shower had good pressure and was hot. The staff were excellent, the young lady at reception when I checked in was very helpful as was the gentleman at checkout with starage of my luggage as I had an evening flight and arranging a Taxi to the airport.

The complex looks like it was built in the 70's and nothing much has been updated. Doors appeared to have some rot forming and the top of the clothes cupboard was pealing. The bar fridge was adequate but it didn't seem to matter what setting it was on everything froze.

Staff were really nice and very helpful.

If you have a car parking was a bit hit and miss.

Having stayed there before,I knew what to expect. Great location. Very clean. Was nice and quiet. Television was hard to navigate . Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and will happily stay there again.My Goto motel when In Cairns. Good value for money.

Tv was very difficult to use. Couldn't find inbuilt TV guide. Subtitles wouldn't work. No big deal tho.
