Friendly staff, good location

NO WIFI IN ROOM 85! Cockroaches and ants in the room and even on the bed… Very dirty bathroom. Other rooms were very loud and felt unsafe sometimes.

The pool area was delightful. Room was quiet. Within walking distance to the promenade and pool. Staff were great.

The rooms are dated and they could have been cleaned up a bit better as we found previous owners items under the beds. The floor was cleaned but not under the bed.

Ease of checkin/out

The shower drain was blocked and wanting to overflow

Value for money and the reception staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel was quite dated and could do with a bit of a refurb.

Location

Very tight for car movement and very limited on sight car parking. Was forced to park on street, which made for a long walk to our room on the other side of the property. Didn't really feel safe at the back of the property.

Good location, facilities in line with price

Facilities are getting dated, single driveway in and out causes some face off's getting in/out, bathroom in need of repair

Staff are alright.

Not able to refund $400 Even if Double booking.
