Bir arkadaşımızın kızının düğünü için otele geldik. Gece de otel de kaldık. Oldukça büyük bir organizasyon olmasına rağmen kusursuz servis vardı. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Otel odamız sigara içilen bir oda da olsa sın derece temiz ve kokususuzdu. Yeni renove edilmişti. Çok memnun kaldık ailece.

"Обманывают, не возвращают деньги оплаченные, хотя обещали это сделать"

Обман со стороны 5 звездочного отеля! Обратите внимание на фото, которые прикрепили к отзыву, при заселении оплатили 47640,54 лир, при выселении получили бумаги, где отчетливо видно, что жили с 28,06,25 до 04,07,25, а не до 05,07,25 как оплатили изначально и возврат должен был быть 5954,43 лир, так вот отель до сих пор не вернул ничего, в ответ только какие-то отписки, причем отвечает официальный ватсапп номер отеля +905305681266 и через букинг пытались (тоже ничем не смогли помочь, даже не получили ответа)!

Как можно говорить о 5 звездах, когда в отеле обманывают? Мы должны были жить тут с 28,06,25 по 05,07,25, по определенным причинам нужно было уехать на день раньше, всё проживание было оплачено при заселении. 03,07,25 подойдя на ресепшн и рассказав нашу ситуацию о том, что нужно уехать на день раньше, работник на стойке ответил без проблем, выселяйтесь завтра, а сумму за одну ночь мы вернем Вам автоматически на карту с которой была оплата. Сегодня 20,08,25 ничего этот 5 звездочный отель не вернул, всё общение через Ватсаап и электронную почту сводится просто к игнору или отпискам о том, что ждите. Обращение в booking.com ничего не дало так как бронировали с оплатой на месте, а не через booking.com. Booking.com тоже пытался связаться с этим отелем и безуспешно. Совет всем кто сюда попадет, оплачивайте только по факту получения услуги или перед выселением, а не вперед! На ресепшн врут, в службе поддержки врут, всем нужны только Ваши деньги, как может так себя вести 5 звездочный отель мне не понятно!
