"Incredibly rude staff!!!"

I rented the room for my son who was visiting from the military
 I told the girl at the desk, when I called, that the room was for my son When he showed up to check in, in the middle of the night, because his flight was late from across country, the front desk lady was INCREDIBLY rude!! She would not let him check in, or even call me. He had all of the booking information. He had to find another hotel to stay at, at 2 am

Had to ask for a cooking pan. They didn’t have any on hand till the next morning. It worked out. Staff was very helpful.
