Convenient location

We booked and paid, came to check in and were turned away at 2 am. We had nowhere to go, we were in from out of town for a medical emergency for our father. The woman at the counter was not helpful, apathetic, and did nothing to try to help us.

I liked that the rooms have a full kitchen and are very clean.

What I didn't like was that we asked for clean towels the next day and one of the workers was very rude she told me that in that hotel they didn't do daily housekeeping or take out the trash they give you accessories for cooking that we have to wash them ourselves and that's fine I didn't have a problem with that the problem was the way she said it they didn't have enough employees to be putting clean towels in all the rooms that to have a housekeeper you have to stay 14 days and they only clean you once and if I wanted them to clean the room daily I had to pay more she told me to take my dirty towels and my dishes to the lobby when I did she threw a basket at me and said leave them there and took the kitchen stuff to the back when I asked her if she was going to give me clean ones she said how? You need more things for the kitchen then you shouldn't have brought them when she was the one who told me to take them she also said that’s why is a dish soap on the room but it was nothing there

Horrible experience I was disappointed first of all they lie with the amenities there’s was no breakfast at all there were hidden fees I felt like they were rude and racist the people at front desk it was an unpleasant stay will not be staying again

Good location to visit our family. Plenty of pillows and towels.

Having to get our keys reset every day. Not enough blankets on the bed, just a thin one and a thin bed spread. Not having breakfast available after 0930. The fact that people seem to live there and hang out outside the front doors smoking and out in the parking lot smoking. Since people live there, there should be a place for the smokers away from the door and parking lot.
