the jacuzzi was outstanding great lighting at night about 15 people can fit also has a nice waterfall

Like the waterfall hot tub. Very nice staff and very clean. Beds were comfortable, Slept well.

Hotel looks nice in pictures but it is not clean! There was mold inside the coffee maker, blood on the walls, the floors were dirty, dirt and empty beer cans under the bed by the headboard, someone’s clothes in the drawers of the furniture, and the ironing board was gross. Front desk said they would have the manager give us a call but it never happened. I was not going to leave a bad review if they reached out, but they never did.

I had a great stay. Just what I was looking for it’s close to the freeway and not to far from downtown SLO and less than 15min drive to Pismo and Avila Beach.

The pool and hot tub was very nice

Clean, good price, close to freeway. Only issue was the cover unter the bed is noisy.

I would definetly go back next time I take my kids to the beach. We loved the pool and spa

I had already filed a refund request due to unsatisfactory property. There was not proper signage for the hotel. I drove her around for 20 minutes finding it I called the front desk. Nobody answered. I finally found the hotel when I got to my room. There was flooding on the floor. The air conditioning wasn’t working and there was hair and dirt in my bed. I called the front desk and asked for a refund and I was leaving. They said I couldn’t have a refund because it was booked through Expedia. I don’t think you guys should recommend this property. It was way below standard went to hotel across the street it was less money and in perfect condition

We are NEVER coming back! We found underwear hanging on our lamp and food in the fridge! No comp or discount offered when notified., only "I'm sorry". Not worth the over $200 we spent. Makes me question their bedding cleanliness! There are a few other hotels across the street. We should've stayed over there instead but they were all sold out.
