Hotel was nice specially the pool area

The check in process was very quick and easy.

Key stopped working many times also check out is at 11am but ur room keys stop working at 10am had to go in the middle of trying to load the car to get the key fix for the 1000th time the 1st couple of times the key was not working I got told by staff it was my fault no sorry for the inconvenience let me get that fixed just stop doing this and side jokes and comments to lighten the mood I get it but dude it keeps happening not the right time and when we went into the room the mirror was broken I have a 4 year old autistic kid yeah not trying to constantly redirect her to stop I’m on vacation so I asked for a new room because of it he complained and said let me see what I can do after receiving the new room we start walking to the room he follows us the whole way to check that broken mirror our new room was right next to that room so he was with us the whole time kinda awkward no elevator so going up to the second floor him right behind someone behind ur back very unwelcoming off the bat like dude check the mirror I get it but wait until we leave give us a head start 😂 will not be back

The worst hotel I have been in . The manager or employee banged on our door yelling at us and tried to open the door while we were getting dressed . Not safe stay away from this hotel

I wanted to see the garden it was closed down, and the beds were like sleeping on box springs they sound like box springs too and the walls are paper thin u can hear everyone walking

We could hear people walking around above us and doors slamming in the hall. The room was comfortable and the surrounding area was peaceful. Also, pictures of the hotel show a winery. When I inquired about the winery, staff looked at me like I was crazy. He had no idea about a winery and said there was no winery. I showed him the pictures of the winery on this app and he didn’t know anything about it. The winery is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. All in all, it wasn’t bad, but if I go back, it will be on an upper floor.

Total Letdown – Nothing Like the Photos I just had a really disappointing stay at this property and honestly felt catfished! The photos online had me excited, but when I arrived, it was a completely different story. The place was dirty, and the mold on the walls was a huge red flag. Plus, it’s right next to a busy highway, so good luck trying to relax with all that noise! The sheets had stains, which was pretty gross. I’ve already contacted Expedia and sent them my photos because this place is not what I signed up for. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about booking – you might want to look elsewhere!

Room smelled of smoke but is a non-smoking property, ceiling had big chips of paint missing, bedding had wads of hair..went to use hot tub and it was filthy, lots of debris and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Pool seemed cleaner, but water was ice cold!

Stayed here for the price and location Right off the freeway, near shopping stores target, Costco, tj maxx home goods, old navy, food choices etc. 15mins from Pismo Beach. Room had few minor issues, telephone not working so I had to walk to the front desk each time I needed something, crack in mirror, dust in corners, smoke detector not attached. Overall 3/5.
