"Nice experience but could have been a little better."

Friendly staff. Nice view for breakfast, nice touch with the pie and ice cream hour. Location is amazing!

Very dated, needs new furniture, drapes, linens (pillows). I used to have the same throw pillows from over 20 years ago. First room had damp smell.and the toilet was running all night, they accommodated me with a different larger room and were very apologetic. Door locks are traditional key locks and can be very difficult to open.

"Charming inn right at Avila beach"

Such a charming inn with lots of character! Rooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable. All the quirks of an older facility, feels like you’ve stepped back in time. The location is what makes this inn really special, right across the street from the beach: amazing views, and we opened our window to sleep to the sound of the waves! The roof top deck is awesome, and hands down best complimentary breakfast we’ve ever had, locally made,fresh!!!! Oh, and evening dessert too!!

I have frequented the Inn over the years and have never been disappointed. It is funky and a bit quirky and I love it! We took advantage of the warm pie and ice cream and Jo Momma’s breakfast daily! Wish they’d bring back happy hour! 😉Highly recommend the ocean front room with the jacuzzi tub! Quite romantic! ♥️

"Great place to stay in Avila Beach"

Great location. Old inn vibes. Superb hospitality. Love the pie and ice cream in the evening. Sun deck with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Great shower!!! Lovely breakfast

No elevator. Few outlets close to bed for CPAP use. Mirror above sink in bathroom set super low, thankful for the second mirror above the toilet. Would like to see a full length mirror in the room
