Beautiful views of beach, fantastic complimentary coffee and breakfast at the rooftop patio (great view!), very comfortable beds, easy parking and close to a great local winery, walking trail and restaurants

It was the perfect spot! Walking distance to downtown, right across from the beach! It was perfect

The only thing I would say was the couch was a little uncomfortable, but I hardly sat on it!

Good location to the small town’s businesses . Great view from our room on the west side of the beach and ocean but many other rooms have no view. Shower worked well. Good tv.

No elevator. Staircases are old and hand rails are dangerous as you cannot slide your hand entirely down or up the rail because a portion of the rail is embedded into the adjacent wall. Had to use a portable space heater to heat the room. The selection for the breakfast was skimpy with just 1 fruit offered and choice of a croissant or a ball of scrambled eggs mixed with various vegetables. No coffee maker in the room. Would not recommend staying here if you have mobility issues.

What a peaceful stay at the Inn at Avila Beach. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, open, and refreshing. There was a little noise briefly during part of the day, but it quieted down quickly and the overall atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. I loved the spacious room and especially appreciated that there was no carpet, everything felt clean, airy, and fresh. The bed on the balcony was such a special touch and made the experience feel truly unique. Between the beach walks, ocean air, and beautiful setting, it was exactly the kind of peaceful reset I needed. This stay truly restored my soul with much-needed rest, the aliveness of long walks on the beach, and wonderful restaurants nearby that made everything feel easy and enjoyable. What really stood out were the deeply personal touches unlike anything I’ve experienced before, the evening fresh-baked mini pies served with ice cream, and the incredible breakfast service on the rooftop overlooking the beach. I had the most delicious cup of chai tea with oat milk while taking in the ocean view. Those extra special touches are truly what this place is all about. Reception added such warmth and care from beginning to end that the entire experience felt thoughtful and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable coastal getaway. Penelope 💙
