Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbia Downtown

Definitely had a relaxing and restful stay at this hotel. It would be remiss of me if I didn’t mention a Mr. Brian, who was very polite, kind and efficient whilst checking me in and got me squared away with restaurant recommendations and other activities in the area. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety of items to choose from. By the way, I have stayed at alot of hotels and the bed / mattress at this Fairfield is simply heavenly, the best sleep ever! The hotel is conveniently located across from a park/nature trail called RiverFront Park which was so very tranquil, peaceful and a hidden gem! This definitely made my afternoon to walk in nature and see the streams/rivers/rapids; thanks for the recommendation from a Ms. Toby who was highly professional, cordial and made me feel very welcome to Columbia and amenities available at the hotel. Good gym on property and the little patio outdoors in so peaceful to sit and reflect. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Appreciate everything guys!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff was absolutely awesome—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The management team is doing a fantastic job, and Brian deserves special recognition for his leadership and commitment to guest satisfaction. A huge shoutout to Tobie, who provided the best customer service hands down! Tobie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out and made my visit memorable.
