Location was good, staff was relatively helpful

Never in my life have a stayed at a hotel that charged for parking ESPECIALLY when they have their own whole parking lot. Our room key didn’t work getting us into the room so we had to go back downstairs TWICE bc it didn’t work again when they “fixed” it - we ended up getting a new room. And then the TV remote in the room didn’t even work.

front desk was unmanned for more than 15 minutes leaving 6 customers just standing around.

I prefer Marriott hotels and will always look for the brand wherever I’m going. This was by far the worst Marriott hotel I’ve ever visited. First, the front desk and breakfast staff were not friendly. Housekeeping staff was nice. Second, the room was “fine” but not great. The curtains were ripped and difficult to open/close. The floors were not gross, but they could have been cleaner for sure. The A/C unit was very loud. Third, the breakfast was bad. The coffee was barely warm, the waffle maker was broken, the selection of breads were stale (could barely cut into the bagel to spread cream cheese on it), they ran out of milk and napkins! It was obvious that none of the hotel employees liked their job - they did not make any effort to make guests feel welcome. This hotel in no way represents what customers are used to with the Marriott brand and I will never stay here again.

I don't know the area well, but this was the perfect place to stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room and hotel floors were a bit out dated and worn but the lobby was nice. They do charge for self parking, which wasn’t mentioned until I went to check in. Overall was okay for a place to stay but the rate should have been for a nicer hotel.
