"Room ok customer service falls short"

I liked the room and I had a very pleasant view towards the park. There was a King size bed and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Some staff were friendly and helpful. A few members of staff were a little offhand. The service I was most disappointed with was when trying to order a drink on the balcony area of the lounge. As no-one came to ask for our order, and we didn't have our phones to use the qr code, my friend, who is in her 80's, was expected to carry a bucket with ice, a bottle of wine, and two glasses from the bar all the way through the hotel. She asked if a member of staff could help her and the reply was 'no'! Very poor customer service. The food was disappointing too. Next came the insufficient parking and being told at short notice that all cars had to be removed before 11am the following day as the forecourt of the hotel was being used for supercars, vintage and classic cars on display. No prior notice was given and all guests had to park in the multistorey car park. This might not sound too bad but given the fact that you had to carry all your luggage to and from the multistorey car park it was exhausting and very inconvenient. All these things detracted from enjoying the stay.

"Perfect Stay"

We love everything about the hotel and staff .The food is lovely, the rooms are really nice , also very clean and where it is situated is just perfect. We've stayed there twice now and we look forward to staying with you again.

There was nothing that we didnt like .
