Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

Worst hotel I have stayed at. I have never left a negative review before now. Room smelled like cigarettes. Mouse poop in lobby area. We chose not to eat breakfast there. Entertainment area in basement was moldy. It rained and roof just dripped in the floor. No one attempted to clean up. Hot tub was ice cold. Small closet area filled with moldy towels by hot tub. Pool table had random balls and 1 cue. Smelled moldy. Pool area was grungy and moldy. Would not recommend.

Property was fine didn’t use any of the amenities but beds were comfortable

The room was good, the bed was comfortable, it had ac which is awesome in Medicine Hat heat. The pool was freezing cold, and the hottub was not what i was expecting. The hallway to the hottub had water allover the floor due to a roof leak and some of the ceiling was falling down. Breakfast was very good. Overall it was not a bad stay. There just needs to be a little more maintenance done to the building.

The bed was SUPER high - we had to launch ourselves into it, and we're both quite tall. The shower/bathtub was pretty nasty.

Recently renovated, at least in part, but what wasn’t was in bad shape. Missing lightbulbs and light fixtures, questionable wiring, and a door that was hard to close (and with bad weather stripping) were perplexing, as was the set up of the bathroom vanity.

it was just a quick 2 day trip re some family business. So was exactly what you would look for for a quick over nite Econo Lodge!! Yes I would stay again

The bed was amazing and the room was great. Excellent shower pressure and didnt run out of hot water when i showered in the am.

I called ahead to make sure the pool was operational before booking. Lady said yes an asked if i wanted to book, i said i wasnt wanting to book til i knew i would make it to that hotel for the night, and she straight up hung up on me without even a goodbye lol. The main sink in the room.wasnt draining very well Pool sucked!! It was the only reason I chose the hotel. For the 24/7 hottub. The pool was ice cold and had bugs floating in it. The hottub was barely lukewarm. Broken down gym room was unlocked. Good gym room was locked. Called once for the code, she said it wasnt locked. Went back had to take a picture. Showed her at thw front desk, an she gave me the code
