Brewster Mountain Lodge

The front desk staff are wonderful. We loved our room. Very big! Very comfy! Very clean!

Hotel was great. Jack and all other staff we encountered couldn’t have been more helpful. Included breakfast was always good and it was always our morning maze to find it! 😉. The woman in charge was wonderful. Good news: The location is perfect. It’s in the heart of downtown, so close to everything. Bad news: the city is doing a lot of construction all around the hotel, which caused a lot of logistical challenges getting to and from the hotel. Hopefully, it will be finished soon, because the hotel itself is lovely.

The breakfast being in the garage seemed weird but it worked out fine and the breakfast area was nice

Sehr gute Lage um Banff zu erkunden. Zimmer hatte alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Frühstück soweit alles da.

Etwas dunkel da wir ein Zimmer zum Hof hatten. Frühstücksraum etwas klein im Keller.

The location and front desk staff were amazing! Nice large cozy room with jacuzzi.

We paid extra to reserve parking and seemed high. We didn't get our clean towels we requested one evening.

This hotel is in a prime location with phenomenal views. The front desk was wonderful. I just wish parking was not so expensive and did have trouble getting fresh towels one evening.

We chose this hotel because it's located right in the town so it was easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the information centre. There are some nice shops at the lobby level. The included breakfast was surprisingly good despite being located in a basement room off the carpark.

The parking spaces were quite small and it was a bit tight manoeuvring around the carpark - luckily our car was not that big.
