Location. Room size. Breakfast

Bit of work going on adjacent.

Spacious bedroom.

Unreliable taxi. We asked to book taxi the night before and were told we had to wait until we were ready to go then they would phone. The taxi did npt answer when phoned. The bus we were taking to Jasper was waiting for us and they sent a car to pick us up. If the bus had not waited for us we would have had to rebook several trips. Thanks to bus driver for saving the day.

員工非常友善，我們當天有提早入住的需求，員工都能透過訊息即時回覆和安排，退房後也提供行李寄放。 另外在班夫停車這麼貴的地方，能停在真正的市中心一天，走出門就是所有餐廳跟店家，是非常幸福的事。 最後就是有早餐，雖然只有簡單幾樣，但有早餐在這個地區已經很棒了。

房間看得出來還是稍微有年代一些，不過不影響使用經驗

The room was specious and clean. The linens were changed every day. The location was exceptional. The reception staff was very helpful. The checkin and checkout was swift. Breakfast was ok.
