Everything was great. Location was amazing, everything in Banff town within a couple of minutes walk.

Location breakfast and my room were excellent

Only thing I didn’t like was the construction that was happening outside right at the hotel but that is beyond the control of the hotel. Only thing they could have done was maybe let people know about it when they are booking.

Big rooms, nice balcony with views of the mountain landscape. Decent amenities.

Rooms are a bit dated, but it's a great location in a great town so that doesn't really matter.

I gave this 1 rating due to the great location and the large clean and comfortable room. The rest was very poor. We had to walk through the town with our cases as the street outside the hotel had been dug up . Our coach could not get near to drop us off close by. Nothing on their website to let you know. We were greeted by the rudest receptionist I have encountered. Not the greatest of starts. As I said early the room was great. The breakfast was also fine but breakfast room was a very cramped and noisy. People thought it was okay to hold a conversation across several tables. They usually were still in their pyjamas. We had great time in Banff in-spite of our stay here.

We had a spacious room with good view of the mountains and a beautiful flowering tree outside the window.

Construction outside - out of your control. Our vehicle was too tall for your underground parking.

Location near downtown

Suite was underwhelming and way too expensive for the limited benefits! Would not book a suite at this facility!!

Amazing views from the biggest windows ever! Very comfortable beds, and staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet simple but good.
