The property was close to the BOK Center, which is why we initially chose this location.

We booked this hotel for an event at the BOK Center and when we arrived, they were having trouble with their key cards, and the whole entire lobby was full of people waiting to get checked in by the time we got checked in we barely had any time to get ready and head to the event. Definitely cause a lot of stress that was unnecessary. I will probably not choose this hotel in the future just because the staff didn’t handle the situation as well as they could have.

loved how close it was to stadium!

Did not like having to wait +1 hour for a room to become available even after booking it in advance. I understand being short staff but they did need to plan ahead for major events. A lot of people ended up waiting for their rooms to become available for +1 hours.
