Got charged twice, had to pay for parking was told that they were gonna comp our parking because they charged my card twice got home and looked up my payments, and they charged my card for parking. Bad Place 2 Do Business with

Was walking distance to the BOK Center. Friendly staff. Clean.

That I had to leave.

This was very close to downtown. Beds were comfortable.

The staff in the restaurant were very inattentive to patrons. We saw many leave out of frustration from not being greeted or even helped. The rooms were semi clean. Empty Wine bottles were left inside our room closet from the previous tenants. Food was left on the ground in the hall for hours (random chicken nuggets..) ALSO: THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING IF YOU ARE STAYING IN THE HOTEL!!! We were not told of this, in fact we were told the opposite. The front desk said to throw away the parking tickets and just use our room keys. We got home and found out we were billed over $50 for two nights. STOP CHARGING YOUR PATRONS PARKING IF THEY’RE STAYING IN YOUR DUMB HOTEL!!!

Hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly.

$28 a night for parking is outrageous for Tulsa, OK. I ordered room service twice. The food was not good at all. I did not get what I ordered. Also, they sent eggs up in a cardboard container which stuck to the eggs and made the inedible. The burger was burnt and the tomatoes were end peices with the stem still partially on one of them.

How close it was to the event center

Location seem understaffed at the front office huge backed up line trying to check in that took over an hour and a half. Nobody outside directing parking or traffic which turned into a huge traffic jam.

The room was nice, and clean. Comfy bed, and within walking distance of the arts district, and bok center. I usually stay at the Mayo, but for the price DoubleTree is hard to beat! The free cookies help 😁
