CLExcelente ubicación, servicio e instalaciones. Incluye shower room (post check out), luggage room (post check out), room service, piscina, reposeras/sombrillas incluidas en eagle beach, bar/restaurant en el hotel y en la playa. El personal muy amable y servicial, en particular agradecer a Eleonora por su atención en la cena de la playa.
BRO quarto é muito confortável, dava até preguiça de levantar e aproveitar a praia. A limpeza nos quartos é excelente. O hotel fica em frente a Eagle Beach, que é uma das mais famosas em Aruba, e disponibiliza cadeiras na praia.
O hotel cobrou caução, o que não foi informado no ato da reserva. Inclusive, durante a estadia, eu acrescentei 1 nova diária, e o procedimento de nova cobrança de caução foi bastante confuso. Todavia, os valores foram estornados após 1 semana. As praias de Palm Beach e Eagle Beach, embora sejam as mais famosas, não são as mais bonitas da ilha.
