"Exceptional"

The woman at the front desk was so kind. A man came in and began yelling at her because she asked him not to put his feet on the tables. She was firm and told him to leave as he was out of control and began screaming at me. I believe he was intoxicated.

That I didn't have to pay for my support dog

Good value, kind reception staff. Room condition was disappointing. Broken / torn desk chair, stained carpet, and then there is The Hair on the towel. Yes, that one. Gross. Basic breakfast, no gluten free bread options. One restaurant next door but otherwise unwalkable for anything else.
