Tanya at the front desk was always so helpful and friendly! She is pure gold. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job too! Beds were very comfortable. Free coffee in the room & complimentary breakfast. Highly recommend!

Room was very neat and clean and everything worked. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. The food options were all as good as institutional food can be. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently located. Even the guests were all friendly…pleasant experience all around.

Breakfast was good. Breakfast attendant was great and helpful with our 9 month old. Pool and pool area were clean and barely used!

Since when are rooms not cleaned daily? Stayed 5 nights, my room was only cleaned twice. Unacceptable! Also, they charged my credit card $100 for incidentals. I didn’t purchase any hotel incidentals - it’s been over 7 days and the $100 charge is still pending on my credit card . Other than those poor business practices, the stay there was mediocre at best.

Mattress on bed was uncomfortable and I had to sleep sideways in the bed. There were 2 large divots where others had slept and the mattress was not comfortable.

Thank you, Reme, for great service and a great welcome. We booked several rooms for family to gather together from far and wide and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Winston-Salem. Beautiful facilities and delicious breakfast made it a great home away from home.
