SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Carmel

The hotel is located in a great spot, just north of town yet close enough to the highway and bypass for easy Indy navigation! Great food options nearby as well. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We will stay here again when we return to town.

Leaving. We were on an 8-day jaunt around Indiana staying at different places. We did not want to leave, as this was one of the nicest places we stayed on our travels, and it was one of the most affordable places we stayed.

They won’t respond to booking requests. Multiple phone calls placed and unable to get any answers. Fire alarms went off at 3am during my stay and the whole hotel had to walk outside. False alarm.

The breakfast was terrible. Very little choices. Good thing the waffle maker worked.

Better choices for breakfast & updated rooms. The hallway was very stained.

It was located in the high end of town. Our hospital was across the highway where my wife is having various appointments on June 8 and surgery on June 24.th. We will also be staying there on the 23rd & 24th for me to stay close.

Orvina , front of the desk was exceptional , she went out of her way to help me and it was also noted how she made herself available to all requests in the foyer of the hotel

The property was clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were a great value.

The shower in my room has yellowed and looks outdated. Additionally, the TV was difficult to see from my bed. The swivel mount was very loose and would not stay in place.

The employees were remarkably welcoming :)
