The room was not clean. I had to switch rooms because of the ants in the kitchen area. dirty couch and the toilet didn't flush. In the second room the vanity light didn't work. Very disappointed.

Had superior customer service from Harry! He was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied!

Not having keys was not pleasant but it was a good stay all thanks to Bre nice young lady a great person for the hotel and the front desk made everything okay she is a keeper

Stayed about 3 days staff was very friendly especially the front desk girl Bre always made sure we where taking care of if we needed anything she was there same attitude the whole stay

This guy Harry is a true soul rock star. He was so encouraging and wise as a young man. Truly a wonderful staff member. Thank you

This stay was during one of the worst snow storms of the last several years. The staff accommodated my needs for extra nights. The manager works tirelessly. A young man named Harry shoveled out the back of my car and the maintenance guy helped earlier in the day so I could get in to start the car. Very nice people.

Nice stay so far, staff are very courteous & especially Natasha from front desk has been very helpful, her under of customer needs & a quick offer of help is fully appreciated.

Very nice staff, great service. The beds were very hard and the bedding is thin, but overall the experience was adequate. I’d stay here again, but I do wish the mattresses were more comfortable.
