I liked the layout of the room. Front desk girls were helpful.

It just needs updated. Walls, ceiling, and bathroom were dirty. Mold was in shower. Bed was very uncomfortable.

"My stay was very uncomfortable from the very beginning. On the first day, the ceiling in my room burst, leaking water from the floor above directly onto the edge of my bed. I have photos of the damage. I was moved to an older room that smelled of mold. To make matters worse, housekeeping was non-existent; they only cleaned once after I filed a formal complaint at the front desk. They forgot to put sheets on the bed, leaving it completely messy as if the housekeeping staff had left in an emergency, forgetting to finish their task, and even left the trash bins on top of the sofa bed. When I arrived late at night and tried to contact the front desk with no success, I had to use a mattress cover from the extra bed to cover ourselves after I organized it myself. The bed remained unmade almost every day. Additionally, when I turned on the air conditioning, the room filled with an unbearable smell of urine that caused nighttime coughing. I didn't make further complaints because I was leaving just a few hours later. This place is unsanitary and unprofessional. I do not recommend staying here."

Clean and reasonable price

All was good

I recently needed a place to stay near the Heart Center while my husband was recovering from heart surgery. I was there for 2 weeks. We live 3 hours away so commuting from home was not an option. The Springhill was very reasonable and comfortable. Bre the manager, Yugum and Miasla were especially kind, caring and accommodating. They made a difficult situation tolerable. The hotel was clean, quiet and the free breakfasts were always good with a nice variety of options.

Everything was fine

Nothing particular stuck out as bad.
