Days Inn by Wyndham Mobile I-65

The room I was given was nasty and dirty. It didn’t have towels. When I went to the front desk for towels the ones I was given were stained but smelled clean. The microwave was nasty and dirty as well as the refrigerator.

It was trash and water outside our door I almost slipped and fell twice water leaking from the AC units , towels were stained and dingy , they came in room left dingy towels s, didn't mop bathroom floor, didn't make the beds we itchy and scratchy the whole time in the bed, no waffles or milk for cereal at breakfast it was a horrible stay the door barely shut

The staff...

The comforter was paper thin.. the tub was peeling, it is need of a major overhaul.. bleach waa used but everythinv was old, damaged. It doesnt align wirh the wyndham name. It really needs to be restored! Perfect location but value is pretty low. Safety was my biggest concern..

This hotel is so boring.the pictures looks nice, but the room is horrible

It was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful.

When I initially tried to check in early, the male clerk wasn't accommodating at all. I waited until the 3:00PM check-in time to attempt to check in. The female clerk who checked me in was much better. She instructed me to inform her if the television wasn't working so that she could come to the room to program it. Sure enough, the television didn't operate with the remote. I looked for a phone to call her to inform her; however, the room didn't have a telephone. I had to walk back to the front desk to inform her. She came to the room shortly thereafter and programmed the television. I could change the channel using the remote; however, I could not increase or decrease the volume using the remote. To do so, I had to get up and walk to the television to adjust the volume. This is antiquated behavior! The sink held water. It took quite a time for water to drain from the sink. The towels were very thin and rough. The tub needs to be replaced or refurbished at the least. To say that this hotel is basic is a gross understatement. It served its purpose of a safe place to lay my head for a night. The saving grace is that the bed was quite comfortable, and the bed linens were clean.
