"Felt like my $ wasn't as good as the ones coming here for Cancer Treatment and just wanted to relax before treatment"

Staffing were as accommodating as possible

The only reason I booked room and as i checked in i asked "Is the pool open or do i need to go somewhere else.... Answers"YES YES THE POOL IS OPEN. As i walked to my room to change into my bathing suit, maintenance man yells pool is now officially closed till tomorrow evening. WTF are the odds. Cleaning the pool with chemicals before memorial Day weekend. Well what about the customer that is right here?

There wasnt any towels or wash cloths in the bathroom, the floor was filthy, the refrigerator had a bag with something wet in it,the fridge was dirty. The room stunk and the door did not not close good. The pool had black stuff around the walls. I did not unpack i left the room and requested a refund but did not receive one.

"Muy mala limpieza e higiene el peor lugar para quedarse"

El alojamiento estaba sucio ,habían cucarachas muertas en el piso ,la bañera estaba tapada. El cobertor de la cama estaba manchado y de muy mal gusto . Además dice que acepta mascotas en booking y no es verdad deben de actualizar eso en la aplicación es de mal gusto llegar a hacer el check in y que no puedas alojarte por qué no te aceptan la mascota . El techo estaba dispersando residuos de pintura
