While the staff was friendly and helpful, our 1st room was infested with ants. They moved us to a different room where the outlets didn't work.

The bedding was stained in both rooms. Mind you we switched because it was gross. Went from a king room to two double beds. There was like 2 other cars in the parking lot so I’m not sure why they didn’t have another king room. Breakfast was blah. Thankfully they had the waffle machine and bagels. I wouldn’t stay again. Needs updating, deep cleaned, and new bedding that’s not stained.

It was a great place to stay. Very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The first room had mold on the wall. The second room was infested with ants. They advertise a pool but it looked like it hadn’t been taken care of in years. The carpets turned our socks black. Both rooms smelled like mold. There was no cleaning services all weekend due to lack of staff. Just terrible!!!

Value, location

Staff was almost nonexistent,looked like breakfast put out at 6am, and never touched again, no housekeeping for 4 days, mildew smell around ice machine, siding falling off building,soda machine didn't work, was roomed on 2nd floor in a nearly empty motel.

Comfortable bedding, good stay for a day or two, good value and stay near Marengo Cave, included breakfast, allowed us to stay until 12 pm

Some spots need to be updated, but they seem to be working on it.

We didn’t like anything but it was non-refundable. Looked abandoned not a car in the parking lot. Smelled musty.

We saw bright red blood spots on our top sheet. Told the front desk no reply. So tired fell asleep. In the morning saw bugs in the tub. Killed one, took photo, bedbug. They took money off the room but we now might get bedbugs at home. I’m beyond upset. Black mold all along the tubs edge. 😡

The property is in very poor condition. Siding is falling off, the outdoor areas are not maintained, grass not cut, beer cans, soda cans/bottles litter the grounds. In room curtains are torn and VERY old. The carpet is filthy. On the flip side, the bed and bedding was comfortable, plenty of hot water and the a/c was good. Expedia needs to rethink promoting this property.
