Comfort Inn University

The hotel is in a good location, convenient to airport, highway, university area, and Niagara Falls. The grounds and public areas were clean and well maintained; staff was friendly. The room was a mixed bag. It was dated- lots of chips in the furniture and paint. The room was overall clean- no stains on the linens, fresh towels, spotless bathroom. But there was a lingering smell of old cigarette smoke and chemicals used to cover that up. The carpet is old and was likely the culprit for that. The room felt damp. If the hotel removed the old carpeting, it would have been a perfect stay.

Hotel room&hallways smelled like curry and there was a drug addict roaming the hallways at times and falling asleep anywhere she could.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Comfort Inn University. I really appreciated the convenient location and the easy access to the beach. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean, and the beds were also very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great location and a comfortable stay.

They were really accommodating and well coming. The breakfast was on time and diverse.

The hotel was nice but the surrounding area was alittle creepy at night with the homeless.
