The staff member at the front desk was truly remarkable and made my stay impeccable. Seriously. I was in Buffalo on business and another hotel could not find my reservation. (It was the Hilton across the street.) Later that night, the other hotel miraculously found my reservation. Luckily, I found the Comfort Inn and was already there. The staff was incredible. There was fresh icy lemon water for me after a long day at work. The front desk person was so cool, professional and helpful. I got my room so quickly and they made sure that I was all set. I had just walked from the other hotel and I walk with a cane. I was tired and out of breath and this staff person who had their hair in tight braids and a nice crisp shirt on, was awesome-o. I will definitely stay here again for my next Buffalo trip. And I will not let ANY of my friends stay at the Hilton across the street. Trust and believe! The breakfast the next morning was lovely. Will def be back and thank you!

Our room was clean, plenty of nice towels, plenty of hot water for the shower, mini fridge and microwave were nice to have in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of hot and cold choices and the breakfast area was well maintained. I will definitely return for another stay.

Just a small suggestion, some of the pillows are a bit flat.

I requested twice to have the room cleaned and that we needed clean towels. I spoke to the same price twice and she was not pleasant and seemed to annoyed with my request. She informed me the room would be cleaned as requested. We arrived very late the last day of our stay as we had attended a funeral. When my brother checked the room it had not been cleaned nor were we given clean towel. The only saving grace is the young lady working at the front desk after midnight when we arrived. Apologized and offered to bring towels to our room. She went above and beyong to rectify the situation. She apologized because she not tell me the name of the emplyee whom I spoke wth twice. She explained that she was new and did not know everyone's name. She noted that she would inform the manager of my complaint when they arrived. She advised me that someone would be contacting me regarding this matter. It is two weeks later and I am still waiting. I will reach out to your corporate office since a manager has not contacted regarding thi matter
