The place was pleasant and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There are thoughtful touches throughout the property that I appreciated like breakfast eggs that were individually cooked instead of scrambled and Activia yogurt that wasn't sugar-free and tasty lemon water in the lobby and towels in the bathroom that were decoratively displayed and high-powered toilets. There is a refrigerator and a microwave and the room heater was quiet when it needed to heat. The pool was open, but we didn't have time to swim. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Comfort Inn University at 1 Flint Rd, Amherst, Buffalo, NY is a great hotel to stay. I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn University for a week in March 2026. The hotel offers great amenities, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight fresh, well-organized, and with a good variety to start the day. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. A special thanks to Raji Rajan at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us with a warm smile. Her hospitality really made a difference. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Breakfast was just ok . The room was clean and fit my needs, nothing outstanding.

The heater was really loud. Had to shut it off in order to sleep. the bathroom dryer didn't work. Bathtub needed new caulking, it was really yellow.
