When the college kids came in it was very loud and rowdy and unruly and uncalled for it they were banging on the doors.It was just terrible

I think if they did something with the college kid.It wouldn't have been his bad

Location and value for money

They did not even provide free water bottles in a room to start with. At least 2 bottles if 2 people to start with then customers can purchase if they need more

Convenient to UB North Campus. Room had all the basic amenities and clean. Good parking. Included breakfast. Good rate. Close to Anchor Bar and other great eating spots like Brick House Tavern and Tap.

Heat/thermostat did not work and room was hot for sleeping. Needed to turn completely off—despite winter cold—, which risked room getting too cold and weirdly it did not. Bathroom had a couple of things that could be attended to plus dryer did not work. I had stayed in the Amherst MA location which had great breakfast options including gluten free muffins and bagels and fresh fruit, so I booked this Comfort Inn location thinking it would be the same but it was not. (Franchise yields inconsistent experience, which I did not realize.) Coffee was good but very limited gf and no fresh fruit options, which was disappointing.
