Sundial Hotel

The location couldn't have been better. We could walk everywhere. Great restaurants near by. Friendly accommodating staff.

Staff was helpful and friendly. We were in a pretty spacious one bedroom suite, room 401. The condition of the full kitchen and roomy bathroom was great. But it was way past time to replace some of the furniture in the living room and bedroom that was badly scarred and damaged. If that damaged wood furniture was replaced, this would be a 5 star review.

We stayed at the Sundial to celebrate a birthday. There were some problems with the plumbing, which involved multiple visits from maintenance and eventually having us move rooms. That sucked, but it happens. The attitude and communication, however, made a frustrating experience more of a general annoyance. Every member of the staff was solutions-oriented, apologetic without overdoing it, and explained what they were doing and what the next step was. Even before the issue, valet was super helpful upon our arrival (and departure) and made us feel right at home. It wasn't a seamless experience, but the team handled it so well we would certainly go back.

The staff was very friendly and happy to help
