Best Western Plymouth Inn-White Mountains

I was here for a family wedding and had a terrible experience. Did not request an “accessible room” but was told it was my fault because I requested it online. They were sold out and I was stuck with the room. We then had to get ready the next day for the wedding and found out the handicapped shower bracket was broken and we did not have time to report the issue and wait for a repair. We reported it the next day on checkout and the front desk had the nerve to tell me it was my fault for not reporting it immediately and when we explained we didn’t have time he dismissed me.

The hotel was “no frills” as expected. Our only gripe was that the Fitness Center did not open until 8:00 AM each morning.

We were just here for one night in mid September. Everything was excellent from the front desk to leaving. We had a pool side room that gave simple access to the indoor pool. It can be noisy if there's a bunch of kids in the pool, so choose wisely. Breakfast was also very good with hot and cold choices. Beds comfortable. Would stay again.

Living room area was ok. Bathroom not at all. Had soap dispenser was empty so not really sure how clean bathroom was if they didn’t fill hand soap

Enjoyed our stay. Large indoor pool, sauna. Rooms a good size, comfy bed ...all the amenities you need. Just wish for at least one chair in the room, sitting on a bed is not the best. Breakfast is very good, hot food. Convenient location.

Reddy in front desk is an awesome dude😎 Serene and tranquil location, nice size room, bed was comfy, spacious parking, big indoor pool, tv fitted room proportion very well, plenty of channels, they also have hbo n cinemark, ac was running smoothly, fridge actually cold, microwave is clean, breakfast was good, nothing special. there's vending machine throughout property n also a laundry room. game room was kool. plenty of shampoo n conditioner in br, oh n there's no deposit when check in, which was great, 1st place i book that doesn't require a deposit 😃 Shower pressure n toilet flush was a bit weak, bathtub floor was a bit rough, feel funny on my feet, the sauna doesn't work, wasted 30 min waiting for it to heat up. the towels should be renewed, they were a bit rough on skin Overall, great stay, budget friendly, i would definitely recommend 👌 👍 😊 😀

The breakfast was good and the gentleman in the dining area getting the breakfast ready was very friendly! The front staff was very nice! The only thing was the towels were very rough and the shower pressure in our bathroom was not good. It was also hard to figure out how to work the channels on the TV. I wish there was some kind of like a channel guide or something.

Nice hotel, modern, clean, good location for my visit. Decent breakfast.
