Best Western Plymouth Inn-White Mountains

Room was nice and clean, the location was in the middle of our hiking destinations so it was a good spot for us. I was mostly impressed with the breakfast that was provided by the hotel. It was the best continental breakfast I have ever had at any hotel. Eggs, potatoes, yogurt, waffles, juice, coffees and much more. The gentlemen who cooked the food was very helpful and friendly. He offered us banana's for our hikes and a guide. He was super nice. All the staff at the front desk was also very pleasant upon arrival and checking out. I would definitely stay here again. There was also a pool which we didn't use and a sauna which we did. Everything was just easy

Had a comfortable stay for 2 nights! Breakfast was good! Wish the pool/sauna area was open a little earlier!

Extremely clean, front desk and cleaning staff were incredibly friendly. We had a 1 bedroom king which had plenty of room. Breakfast included everything from scrambled eggs and bacon to danish, bagels, and yogurt.

The property was in a great location. The rooms were clean and staff were pleasant any courteous. Breakfast was very good also.

Very pleased with experience- staff extraordinarily helpful- front desk and Giao- the man who does the breakfasts and I suspect a lot more! Rooms clean and updated. Really very positive experience. Stayed here before too. Will definitely return. Great value compared to hotels in Lincoln. Easy on/off to highway. Nice restaurant right across street

The hotel staff was very professional. Rooms were great. Color scheme and wall art was very peaceful. The gentleman in the breakfast area was awsome. Smiling, friendly and made sure the food was filled, hot and very good

First I would like to staff that most of the staff that we encountered were great. Especially the breakfast attendant/maintenance person. Room was mostly clean ( not so much if you moved things like the microwave around) Beds were fairly decent. The issue we had was that while everything looked fresh and new, it didn’t function that way.Our first issue was with the toilet in our room.There is a sign telling guests to not flush anything (like wipes, feminine hygiene products) down the toilet.After we used the toilets minimal amount of use,it just stopped flushing. I went and found assistance, and he couldn't resolve the issue with a simple plunger but had to go get another tool. He eventually got things running and told me that I just needed to push the flush button longer to fully flush. Well that worked for about two more times.We returned to the hotel very late that I didn’t feel like addressing it again. My son and I just used the faculty restroom near the pool. I also went to shut the curtains and the whole bar that they are attached to just fell out of the ceiling, screws and all coming out. Needless to say, I was afraid to touch anything else.Before we checked out, I did speak to staff as well as texted staff to communicate about this. They assures me that I would not be held responsible for any charges.So far I have not been. Overall, a little pricy for what it was, but a solid place to sleep and a good breakfast. But not a place I would spend a long time at.
