Armin did a fantastic job taking good care of us in the restaurant. We stayed for a week and always had great service. The food was consistently very high quality.

El personal del hotel es excepcional, mencion aparte a nuetro querido Fausto que nos ha facilitado mucho nuestra estancia en el hotel.

A lovely hacienda hotel with a mix of old and new. The main swimming pool is fantastic, and the food/drinks offer of a high standard (if expensive) with very professional service level throughout. Our modern room was incredible with outside shower, bath, terrace area, and bed. Although some of the original hacienda charm is being lost by the hotel's expansion, it is being sensitively done with beautiful landscaping and spa area. Note that there is building work going on overlooking the main pool, but not overly intrusive. For peaceful enjoyment, the hotel may also need to think about making one of the two other pools into a children's area or enforcing clearer etiquette on pool use.
