The best hotel for relax and good vibes! The bedroom was very comfortable, quiet and clean! The breakfast delicious! I totally recommend it!

Two nights in January at this pet friendly two floor motel hit the mark for us. The older property appears to have been renovated recently but had everything we needed plus more. Cute deck overlooking the bay was peaceful. Pool, hot tub and pool bar was fun and relaxing too. Our bartender, Troy, was excellent and very personable. Everything was clean although our room (122) was a bit worn. Overall it was a good place and I’d return.

We liked the convenience of being able to park right outside our room and the location.

The rooster crowing at 4:30 am every morning.

The location was central, the room was a good size with comfy beds and the staff were lovely.

Breakfast was delicious. The outside grounds were beautiful. Staff was great! It was nice and quiet in the room even with the music playing at the pool.

The bathroom needs a complete renovation. There was black mold in the caulk and rust around the metal. The shower doors wouldn’t stay closed so the floor became saturated. The baseboards are in horrible condition in the entire room and bathroom.

El muelle con vistas al mar, hermoso lugar para relajarse mientras observas las iguanas. Habitaciones con camas muy cómodas y mucho silencio. Ideal para descansar. Me gustó mucho la decoración navideña del lobby y espacios comunes.

El desayuno. Hubiera sido bueno que incorporen más frutas como bananas, manzanas y algunas opciones saludables.

I'm a Hilton Diamond member. My grandmother passed away after the cancellation window had lapsed for my reservation. I had to cancel my entire Florida trip to go to her funeral in Tennessee instead. I called the hotel to notify them I would not be coming and asked if they could make an exception and provide me a refund. I offered to send them my grandmother's obituary as proof. Jill Campbell, the manager, cold-heartedly said no. Don't stay at this hotel. Go stay at other properties in the area who won't take your money in the midst of a family emergency. I hope you read this, Jill. You're a horrible person.
