"Don't let the photos fool you."

The location is great.

Mold in the room in several places including the ceiling, bathroom, and inside the mini fridge. The AC did not work properly. The hot tub is not working, and after discussing with other guests it hasn't been working in months. This was a huge reason why we booked this hotel. The pool area was not clean. Dirty floors, very few towels, and mold in several areas in the pool room. Used band-aids were on the floor. We counted three different ones. The pool water itself was murky/cloudy.
