My 9 yr old loved the pool. The hot tub closed maintenance but the facility was great and the staff was all very nice and friendly!!!

Wish the hot tub was fixed but other than that everything was great!

"Such an amazing experience"

I had a really great experience staying at Quality Inn. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. What really made our stay special was the breakfast experience. Julie from the breakfast staff was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, welcoming, and kept everything stocked and running smoothly. On top of that, she went above and beyond—during cleanup, she took a moment to play with my toddler and had him giggling and smiling. That meant so much to me and really made our morning. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about guests like that. Because of Julie and the overall quality of the hotel, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

"Excellent"

Clean and comfortable beds.

The only thing I was upset about was the hot tub was out of service. I booked here for the purpose of a hot tub and pool. Kids got to swim at least.

The front office person that checked me in was very welcoming and friendly.

The pictures did not accurately show what the rooms/facilities look like currently. The shower in my room did not work. The room was not "clean." There were hand prints still all over the mirrors, the wall had stuff stuck to it... It was not work $200/night.

"I'd wouldn't recommend if you don't want random charges to you credit card."

The location is great

I was randomly charged extra money the very first day and consecutive days after giving my credit card information. The stay was already paid for and I shouldn't have been charged anything. Whenever I tried to call and speak to someone nobody answered. I called booking.com and they were also unable to give me an answer as to why I was charged or get anyone on the phone. The room had several wasps flying out of the bathroom at different times. When I told house keeping I was brushed off and told it's just that time of the year.
