Quality Inn Branson - Hwy 76 Central

The shower was half broken, and the toilet seat was broken. Room was not very clean, and smelt bad. The beds were comfortable. The pool was not clean and the hot tub was out of order.

The breakfast was just ok. One day they had no eggs or sausages also had no drinks only milk or coffee.

The room we stayed in smelled like a wet dog other than that it was ok.The staff cleaned the room daily and supplied us with clean rags and towels. The bed was comfy. We enjoyed the attraction in Branson and got some much needed R & R.

Location

Uncleanliness, smell in the room, smaller than appears in pictures. Nightstand drawer would not stay closed and tub did not drain. Pictures make the place look so much better than it is.

The cook her name was Julie and she was very friendly and helpful with breakfast. The rooms you was able to hear the others in the room beside you.

Absolutely loved it. And we will b back.

The location

It smelled. The pool was dirty. There was no hot tub. The room smelled musty. The bathroom was dirty. The chair in the room was broken and the television didn't work

The pool was okay. Maintenance seemed to be one guy and overworked, but he was quicker to answer than the front desk

We paid for a king suit with jacuzzi. Our bathroom sink and toilet flooded. There were very large red brownish stains hidden under a rusty twin tetanus shot of a fold up mattress. Our toilet kept clogging and bathroom sink completely flooded the room.The t.v electrical fixtures were peeling off the walls with the rotted molding paint. There was more mold and water damage to the horror story attic entrance in our room. They did nothing to compensate the total cost to stay of $407 still waiting a refund. Additionally the breakfast was disturbing as well. They had a waffle maker that didnt actually work as well as a toaster for English muffins that also did not work no butter no eggs nothing else but questionable coffee reheated from the breakfast the day before. The pool was below mid and hot tub completely out of function "permanently". I seriously want my money back. Oh the phones also did not work and nobody ever answered the front desk when attempting to call on my phone as well. There were zero views and zero windows to even open for fresh air from the stale smoke throughout the entire hotel. Again zero attempt to comp or make accommodations and still no word on my "refundable deposit" since you cant actually reach the desk or property.

Adequate. Clean. Good price. Quiet.
