Accolade Lodge Motel

Location and staff friendly with great communication. My stay has been due to a passing of a family member which we needed to extend on numerous occasions due to the situation and every time we needed support tge staff always friendly and accommodating.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS LODGE

The parking and towels small and not enough I use 2 towels one hair one body per showrt only one per person in room

The apartment was big, it had enough room for 6 adults and didnt feel crowded at all. The beds and rooms were clean, and the surroundings areas were quiet with easy walking access to the city, restaurants and lake

Nothing bad at all. We stayed here for one night only and felt well rested

The room was freezing. There was one small plug in heater that was not adequate for heating the room. No additional pillows or blankets available.

Good location, great parking & value for money.

Located 5 minutes walk from the mall and the gym, and a 15-20 minute walk to eat street, it is well located, especially for rainy days. The room was small and à bit tired but incredibly clean. And the staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming!

The entrance for the car was a bit narrow (I had a rental), but the car parks were great. Else everything else was great!

Location was convenient.

Access into the carpark was too narrow. If the vehicle in park 2 wasn’t parked properly, no one could enter the carpark.
