Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place

Nice hotel with nice areas, very close to everything in the center. The staff is really polite and friendly.

The pillows could be better... The breakfast area is small and really busy and you feel that you're sitting with the guy on the next table (the tables are very close to each other). The location of the hotel seems to be not good... It's close to everything, but the reason is a bit bad.

Posizione centrale e ben collegata con tutti i mezzi pubblici. Colazione molto varia e di ottima qualità, ottimo anche il ristorante Rotisse per un pranzo od una cena. Check-out con receptionist italiana sorridente e gentilissima.

La ragazza che si è occupata del check-in era disturbata da un uomo estremamente insistente a capo di un gruppo organizzato e questo ha contribuito ad un Check-in disastroso e molto caotico. Salgo, le chiavi non funzionano. Scendo, controllano le chiavi, risalgo, entro in camera e la camera era occupata! Fortunatamente gli ospiti non erano presenti. Scendo di nuovo e questa volta mi assegnano una camera diversa e libera. Inoltre, non mi è stato detto nulla riguardo la palestra, il ristorante o altri eventuali servizi. In camera mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare uno spazzolino e la finestra purtoppo non rimaneva aperta.

O hotel está muito bem localizado. As instalações do hotel são muito boas. O pequeno almoço é bom. Os funcionários foram todos muito prestáveis e simpáticos.

The hotel has a great location just a few minutes from the Grand Place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Club level was pretty good with happy hours with excellent food. Not a huge club but adequate. We had an upgraded room but it was still small with a port hole window. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was a pretty fabulous buffet. I have never seen a juicing station where you can make your own smoothies. Very crowded.
