Petit déjeuner au top, le personnel accueillant et souriant. Le personnel était à l'écoute du début à la fin.

The staff was not helpfull They did not show any hospitability Airdryer in the room was very old and did not work The telephone in the room did not work, after bath i had to go down for a new airdryer. The first room was not big enough for us where we have a 15 year-old boy.and we asked a big room after a very long discussion. They decided very unhappily to change our room the day after and they show us their unhappy very deeply. I never will go to this hotel again because of the stuff.

Not really family friendly as stated

First of all, the staff is amazing and very very friendly. They welcomed us in the best way possible at the frontdesk. Even our room was ready 3 hours before checkin. They gave us rooms on the same floor, which was great. The Breakfast staff is also very kind and made us feel welcome. The rooms are very well thought trough, high ceilings and plenty of space. The rooms feel premium and the bathroom is brand new and also very beautiful. We even got free parking, that was a nice gesture.

Only thing I could mention is the quality of the coffee, this is actually quite bad. But that is all!
